Etymology, courage (Latin): cor, the heart
It is true that this series is intended to be an analogy of a seed rising through its own sentience and creation, to then return once more to seed. It is also true that plants remain stationary for their life cycles (with the exception of those which are potted and are moved); in that thought, “those who live by sight alone live within the grand illusion.” Perhaps it can seem as if the author of this series has “lost the plot” and is meandering senselessly away from the point; perhaps it is within the series itself to lose the plot- as if the seed has become so entirely enamored in its relation to the Sun, compounded by the fact that the plant is stationary and is rooted into its own existence without cause for concern regarding its survival, that it has the privilege to drift into the spaces of the imagination and live within this dimensional truth…if at least for now.
Thirty-One signifies the return of self to this space of internal innocence after the experience of external influence. As was revealed in 30. “I Will” (Leo), the cycle as spiraled upwards into the return of the Fire Element. This time, however, the contrast is such: with 6. “I am” (Aries), the seed existed solely in its own innocence/ignorance due to its lack of expansion- cradled within its own boundaries, within its own womb, within its contained concept of the living experience. Now, the cycle has brought the rise and the fall of tremendous stimulation and challenge, ultimately arriving to a lessening of the stimulation and a transformation of the challenge. With the extension of new leaves, with the integration of new biological data by means of pollination of the flower, the seed has come to be One with the Sun.
The warmth emitted from the Flame rising from the embers brings comfort and evolved understanding into a state beyond survival and into thrival. The knowing enough to know I have had enough to be in joy: joyful consumption for the sake of giving rise to creation, to then emit and broadcast this “vibration” of self-content outward so others too may arrive to this sense of warmth.
How do I treat myself?
What would be the consequence if I treated others as I treat my inner realm?
Intimacy: Into Me I See. The heart is the center convergence, the meeting of the ascending lower three centers (1. The Root: Fuel’s Potential; 10. Sacral Center: Initiation; 20. Solar Plexus: Discernment) with the descending higher three. The Heart is Divine Presence Incarnate. The beauty of word play in this modern etymology: the “+”, the cross, is the symbol for presence. It is universally identified as the meeting of the Masculine Polarity (North, South) with the meeting of the Feminine Polarity (East, West). The intersection is the birth of an origin point, unique upon the expression of both converging. This child of presence, when connected with the word “heart” becomes “+heart,” or “+he art,” or, for the sake of clarity: “the art.”
