Sixty-Eight signifies the variation which exists in how this “trailblazing thought” comes to be integrated. Color is a concept defined by the interplay of pigmentation between Red, Yellow, and Blue. How does this dynamic become analogous with Spirit?
Spirit, too, is defined within our physical existence as the interplay of pigmentation between mind, body, and emotions. Just as red to yellow is orange, the blending of body and emotions is seen to be communal connection, sexual intimacy with another, and self-expression through creative works.
As yellow to blue is green, the blending of emotions and mind is seen to be healthy communication, vulnerability in expression, expression of feelings, song, and psychological evaluation- either within self through honest reflection and meditation, or with a trusted friend.
As blue to red is purple, the blending of mind and body is seen to be balanced physical exercise (strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, mobility, etc.), application of nutritional science and awareness, listening to imbalances, and balancing action with rest.
Just as hues vary from white (no pigmentation, purity) to black (dense pigmentation, no distinction), so too can this analogy be applied to these concepts. Deepening pigmentation brings forth a bolder, more expressive substance- too dark, however, and it is lost in density and soon ignorance of pigment identity (lethargy, carelessness).
Lightening pigmentation brings forth more delicate, subtle, and refined expressions that bring forth an essence of soothing refreshment; too light and there is no pigmentation, a loss of all relation and dissociative identification (the celebration of egolessness). In this, external influence often easily comes to stain.
I am the palate, the artist, the medium-
I create my expression as a mirror of my inner sanctum.
